Who We Are
- “The Company”, “we” or “us” means West Coast Oven Clean.
- “Cleaner” means the person who carries out the service.
- “Customer”, “you” means the person or business booking our services.
- “Service” means the oven or appliance cleaning we provide.
- “Customer's address” means the property where the cleaning takes place.

Using Our Website
- By using our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
- We may update the website or these terms at any time without notice.
- All website content belongs to us (unless stated otherwise).
- We may sometimes link to other websites for your convenience. We are not responsible for their content.

Your Agreement With Us
- Booking a service (by phone, email, website, or in person) means you accept these Terms & Conditions.
- These terms override any others unless agreed in writing by a company director.

Quotes & Prices
- Quotes provided are valid for 30 days only.
- Prices may change if your requirements change or if details provided during booking were inaccurate.
- All prices include VAT.

What We Provide
- We will bring all cleaning supplies and equipment.
- You should be able to provide access to electricity, running water, and sufficient lighting.

Payment
- Payment is due immediately after the job is completed, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
- Payment must be made by cash, cheque, bank transfer or card before the cleaner leaves.
- Late payments (over 30 days) may be charged interest at 8% above the Bank of England base rate.
- A £40 admin fee may be added if accounts are passed to collections.

Cancellations & Changes
- You may cancel a booking with at least 24 hours notice.
- Cancelling with less than 24 hours but more than 2 hours notice will be charged at the price of a single oven clean.
- Cancelling with less than 2 hours notice or failing to be home at the agreed time will be charged at the full price.
- If no one is home when we arrive, we will try to contact you and wait up to 20 minutes before leaving.
- We reserve the right to cancel any booking if unforeseen circumstances arise (e.g. illness, emergencies, or issues beyond our control).

Complaints
- Please let us know of any issues within 24 hours of service. Complaints must be in writing (email or post).
- Upon receiving a complaint, we will investigate and return to re-clean if deemed suitable.
- If you attempt to clean disputed areas yourself or hire a third party before we return, our guarantee becomes void.

Claims & Damages
- Issues must be reported within 24 hours of the clean.
- Please inspect the work before the cleaner leaves.
- We cannot be held responsible for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or stains that cannot be removed using standard cleaning methods.
- We request that valuable or irreplaceable items are put away for safety.
- If damage occurs, we will attempt repair or credit the current value of the item(s).

We will not accept claims if:
- You still owe payment beyond 30 days.
- The property is hazardous to health.
- The damage is due to faulty installation of appliances.

Our Liability
We cannot be held responsible for:
- Events outside our control (severe weather, accidents, inability to access property, lack of water/electricity).
- Delays in arrival due to traffic or transport issues.
- Damage valued at £50 or less.

Guarantee
If you are not satisfied, we'll return and re-clean the affected area.

Insurance
We carry public liability insurance, which includes treatment risk. Claims are subject to a £50 excess.

Minimum Charge
The minimum charge for any booking is the price of a single oven.

Parking & Extra Costs
- We require safe, legal parking within 50 metres of your property.
- Any parking charges will be added to your bill.

Privacy & Data Protection
- We take your privacy seriously and comply with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
- Any personal details you give us (such as name, address, phone number, or email) will only be used to provide our services and manage your booking.
- We will never share your details with third parties for marketing or any other purpose.
- If you would like us to remove your details from our records, please let us know and will delete them from our records.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.
