Which products do you use?
West Coast Oven Clean only uses safe, non-caustic, and eco-friendly cleaning products in your home. Your family’s health is our top priority.
How long does it take to clean the oven?
The duration depends on the size of your oven. A single oven typically takes around two hours, while a range oven may take up to four hours.
Will I need to clear my worktops?
No, not at all. We will protect all work surfaces with a protective sheet and leave everything exactly as we found it.
What will you need from me?
All we require is access to a small amount of cold water.
Does the oven need to be connected to the mains?
Yes, the oven must be connected to the mains so we can ensure it is functioning correctly.
When do I need to pay?
Payment is due upon completion of the clean. We can accept cash, cheque, card, or BACS transfer.
How long do I have to wait to use my oven?
You can use your oven straight away, as the cleaning chemicals used are non-toxic. Your oven will be heated and ready to go.
